Terms of Service
Effective April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating a GrantMine account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
GrantMine aggregates federal grant opportunity data from public government sources (Grants.gov, SAM.gov, USASpending.gov) and makes it searchable. Grant data is updated nightly. We do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy - always verify opportunities directly on Grants.gov before applying.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person. You may not share login credentials.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Business plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No refunds for the current billing period.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape or bulk-export grant data for redistribution
- Use automated tools to access the service at scale
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. Data accuracy
Grant data is sourced from federal government APIs and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. GrantMine is a search and discovery tool - not an authoritative source. Always verify grant details and deadlines directly with the awarding agency.
7. Limitation of liability
GrantMine is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed grant deadlines, application errors, or funding decisions made based on information found on this platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@grantmine.com.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
