How often is the grant data updated?
Every night at 2:00 AM. Our automated sync pulls fresh data directly from Grants.gov and refreshes the entire database. You always see the latest active opportunities.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep Business access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to Free automatically.
Is this official government data?
Yes. All grant data comes directly from Grants.gov, the official U.S. government grants portal. GrantMine organizes, filters, and alerts you to it - the raw data is 100% official. Always verify deadlines with the awarding agency before submitting.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. If you have a billing issue, email support@grantmine.com.
